Where are Pickup and Home Delivery services offered?
Curbside and In-Store Pickup is available at our St. John's East location. Home Delivery is offered to select areas. Check your postal code during checkout to find out if you're eligible!
What days do you offer Curbside or In-Store Pickup?
These services are available every day, except for holidays.
How does Curbside Pickup work?
Place your order online using the In-store Pickup option. You will receive an email notification from the store when your order is ready.
To pick up your order, you will need to bring one piece of government-issued photo ID; if someone else will be picking up the order for you, please let us know in the notes when placing your order. When you arrive at the store, simply follow the below steps:
What is the cutoff time for Pickup or Home Delivery orders?
Home delivery orders will be delivered within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) of when they are placed.
How long does it take to process my order?
Pickup orders placed during regular business hours will be ready within 2 hours. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
How much does Curbside or In-Store Pickup cost?
Our Curbside or In-Store Pickup services are FREE!
Is there a minimum purchase requirement for Home Delivery?
Home Delivery orders over $49 before tax are delivered for FREE. Orders under $49 are delivered for a flat rate of $9.99. Some exceptions apply.
Are all items eligible for Home Delivery?
At this time we are unable to deliver frozen items.
Is your Seniors Day program available for online purchases?
At this time, the Seniors Day discount is valid only on in-store purchases.
How do I order?
Visit https://stjohnseast.globalpetfoods.com to place your order for pickup or delivery. For these services, simply choose the In-Store Pickup or Home Delivery option and verify your preferred store location at checkout.
Do my online orders qualify for your Frequent Buyer program?
Yes! Please create an account before checkout and include your Frequent Buyer Number, or phone number that's linked to your account on your profile so we can add your online purchases to your rewards program. If you don't know your Frequent Buyer Information, please contact us.
Do my online orders qualify for AIR MILES?
Yes! In the applicable section on your account profile, please include your AIR MILES Collector Number so we can add miles accumulated from your online purchases to your account.
