With Global Pet Foods' Auto-order program, you'll never forget your pet's food or supplies again! Sign up for auto-order on most items online, set your schedule, and have your order automatically generated for pickup.
Setting Up Auto-order:
- Browse through our online catalogue, and add your pet's essentials to your shopping cart.
- When you've added all the items you need, click on the cart icon in the top right corner.
- Set your delivery method, and proceed to checkout.
- On the next screen, you will need to:
- Sign In (if you already have an account)
- Sign Up (fill in the form to create an account, or create an account using your Facebook or Google Account)
- Once your account is created, continue the checkout until you reach the "Auto Order" section:
- Select "Yes, auto-order & save time", and choose your desired frequency from the drop down menu.

- Click Continue, proceed to payment information, and finish placing your order.
- Congratulations! Your auto-order has been created and your next order will automatically be created for you based on your desired frequency. You can update, modify, or cancel this auto-order at any time.
A reminder email will be sent to you three days prior to your next auto-generated order. Should you need to refresh your memory, make any changes or pause the order, follow the below steps in the "Managing Your Auto-order" section.
Managing Your Auto-order:
- When logged into your account, click the drop down menu next to the cart in the top right corner, and select "Manage Auto-Order"

- You will be brought to a screen that showcases a preview/summary of your existing auto-order(s). To make any update or modification, simply click the red "Update" button.

- Once you are on the update page, you can make a variety of changes to your Auto-order in advance of your next order date:
- Change the name of your auto-order
- Skip the next order, force an immediate order, or pause your auto-order
- Frequency can be updated using the dropdown
- If you would like to remove an item, click the "X" next to it
- To add an item, use the "Search and Add items" bar at the bottom of the list
- To modify the quantity of an existing item, adjust the quantity box and click Update
- No longer need this auto-order? Click the "Cancel This Auto Order" button to delete your auto-order

- What is Auto-order?
- Auto-order is a convenient way to create repeat orders (for store pickup) that saves you time from placing an order every time you need to stock up on your pet's supplies.
- How do I make changes to my Auto-order?
- You can follow the steps noted above in the "Managing Your Auto-order" section to make any updates to items, frequency, etc
- How do I update payment info. for an auto-order?
- We are working with our web team on this integration. In the meantime, you will need to cancel your existing auto-order, and create a new auto-order with your updated payment details.
- Can promo-codes be applied to an existing auto-order?
- At this time, promo codes cannot be applied to an exisiting auto-order. Promo codes can only be used on new and/or one-time orders only.
- Can I have more than one auto-order? For example, I buy my cat's supplies more frequently than my dog's.
- YES! To create a second auto-order, follow the steps outlined in the "Setting up Auto-order" section above for the second group of items you want to purchase at a different frequency.
- Once the second auto-order has been created, you will see multiple auto-orders available to manage when you log in to your account.
